徐老师给即将参加08考研复试的同学的新建议

08年考研结束已经一个月了，对于考研的同学们而言，也许最难过的就是初试，因为那是万里长征中最漫长的过程。近期有无数的同学发信息问考研复试该如何准备，我觉得但作为考研成功的最后一道门槛——复试更不能忽视，因为稍有不慎，也许所有的努力都会前功尽弃。同时由于近年来考研的人越来越多，竞争也越来越激烈，有许多学校正在推行复试模式，即差额复试，复试的要求也越来越高。因此，对于认为能够通过初试的同学，认真准备复试是非常重要的。  

    考生怎样在复试中占据领先的优势呢？

  第一、就要了解复试的内容。复试重点考查考生的科研潜力和综合能力，在内容上包括英语听力和口语、专业基础知识及应用、专业技能的掌握、心理素质等综合素质，在形式上以面试为主，有的包括笔试、专业技能、实验操作等。国家初试分数线3月底确定，其后各高校根据招生计划和考生成绩确定本校复试分数线和复试办法，一般复试时间在4月上旬。因而考生要在这个时间经常浏览招生单位网站，及时获取复试信息，尽早准备。

   第二、考生还要做好充分的准备。要想顺利通过复试，充分的准备是必不可少的。一是复试前进行系统的英语口语训练，英语口语能展现一个人的才华、生活阅历和敏捷的反应能力。二是了解本专业的研究动态和学术热点。复试本身考查应试者的知识积累和科研发展潜力，因此要想给导师留下好印象，必须熟悉报考专业情况，包括研究现状、进展情况、学术热点等。考生还要着重了解导师研究的侧重点，多了解一些导师的学术论文和科研成果，熟悉导师的主要观点。考生的修养、品质、科研素质和能力等综合素质在对话中会表露无遗，这样才能“知己知彼，百战不殆”。

   第三是请教往届的师兄、师姐，这样可以从侧面了解一下往年复试的情况，做到心中有数。四是在复试中要保持良好的形象，外表服装要整洁，表现要自信，不要不懂装懂，不要贬低他人，千万不要迟到。迟到是件非常尴尬的事情，它是能让考官在很短时间就对一个考生留下恶劣印象的捷径。

    如果能够顺利通过复试，当然最好不过了，但如果不幸未通过某个学校的复试，就应该早做打算，可以考虑参加第二志愿的学校的录取，或听从导师的建议读其他学校其他导师的研究生。同时，如果条件允许，也可以读委培、定向、自筹经费的研究生。

如何在短期内强化英语听说能力？　

　　英语听力和口语测试是研考复试的重要组成部分。复试中对英语口语能力的考核，从三个方面进行评价：一是语言的准确性，即语法和用词的准确性、语法结构的复杂性、词汇的丰富程度、发音的准确性；二是话语的长短和连贯性，即内容的连贯性、寻找合适的词语而造成的停顿频率及长短、表达思想的语言长短等；三是语言的灵活性和适合性，即语言表达是否灵活、自然，话语是否得体，语言能否与语境、动机和目的相适应。针对这些考核内容，考生要有的放矢，有目的地训练自己的听力和口语。我给出三招：

    第一招　准备万能句型 复试放慢语速

　　考研复试中的英语口语测试，通常以日常生活为内容。所以，练习准备也应该以日常生活交流的话题为主。因此，可事先准备好几个万能句型，同时把语速放慢。如果英语面试是自己口述而不是老师问问题，应尽量浓缩自己的英语介绍，而且语速千万不要太快。否则，当你介绍完自己后，老师就会按照你的节奏把提问你的句子说得速度非常快。

   第二招　针对自己的弱项进行“恶补”

　　复试最重要的是要有针对性，比如针对自己相对薄弱的英语听力和口语，专门做了一些强化训练。网上关于复试的指导数不胜数，关键是找到适合自己的方法。对于不善言辞的同学来说，最重要的是要表现出自信，亮出自己最好的一面。

   第三招 口语测试准备好与专业有关的话题

　　对口语的考查，各个学校各不相同。有的学校制定了非常详细的标准和流程，甚至规定了每个老师发问的方式和时间；有的只是面试老师的自由发挥，成绩也基本上由面试老师主观判定。不管面试是否严格控制，徐老师都要提醒考生除了认真准备自我介绍，如自己来自什么地方，毕业学校，所学专业，业余喜好，家庭基本情况等以外，还要做好用英语讲解自己专业的准备。口语测试时老师有可能要求你就本专业展开话题，考查你用英语讲解陌生概念的能力。因此考生对此要有所准备，先用笔头组织这些问题的要点，然后再以这些词组织语言。在阅读专业文献时，也要多积累一些专业方面的英语词汇。当然提问的问题不可能难度太高，比如What　is　business　management？In　your　opinion,　what　is　the　most　important　element　in　business　management等一些简单的提问。

It is the center of politics， economy and culture. Many celebrities were born here， for instance， Yanfu， Xie Bingxin， Lin Zexu and so on . . You know， there is a saying that “The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place”。 I think the city really deserves it. The top three artware are Shoushan Stone， cattle-horn combs and bodiless lacquerware. In addition， it is famous for the hot springs. Theyare known for high-quality. Visitors athome and abroad feel it comfortable bathing here.There is my beloved hometown.

　　There are four members in my family； my parents， my cute cat of 9 years old and me. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on b usiness. So most of the housework is done by my industrious mom. Climbing at weekends is our common interest. The fresh air and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. They can strengthen our relation， too.During my prepareing for coming here，my parents‘love and support have always been my power.and I hope in future I wil be able to repay them.
