　　提拉的昵称源自意大利芝士蛋糕提拉米苏,取前两字.本意有向上的意思,即提着拉着.
　　从今天起,提拉要提拉着辞职/在职考研版的研友一步步攻克考研英语这只拦路虎.暂定的顺序为词汇->阅读->写作->.希望大家紧跟提拉的步伐，抓住这个词汇考元同步提升的机会，万万不可掉队哦，
我相信人人手头上都有大堆的考研资料,但你真正利用了多少呢.本次活动的一百句选自新东方推荐的,不论是六级/考研/考托,都适用.强度是有一些的,但考研就是要对自己狠一点.尤其象我们辞职考研的研友们.

活动规则：

１．每日三个英文句子．可别小看这些句子，都是经典哦，大家一定要心无杂念，相信提拉你就会有收获．(点击下面的词典,即可查询所需单词和发音)
２．翻译这三个句子．可以查词典（翻译出来的一定要象中文哦，不然提拉要打ＰＰ：）

1.The mechanism by which brain cells store memories is not clearly understood.
[队长提示]：这句话如果不分析，马上就会被迷惑，为什么后面是is.我们提炼主谓宾，即：the mechanism is not clearly understood.这里的mechanism翻译成“机理”。现在这句话就非常easy咯。老规矩，帮大家拓展下词汇。
一：mechanism---机理 [PS.像考研词汇，考究的意思往往不是词典里第一个含义，而是靠后面的含义，所以大家一定要非常熟悉一个词的多层含义。]
二：brain
[搭配]：pick sb.\'s brains ---向 ..请教
         rack one\'s brains ---绞尽脑汁
三：cell
[多层含义]：细胞---in a body
            单人小室-in a prison
            电池---in a battery
            基层组织-in an organization
       {共性}：整体中的一个组成部分
四：store
   [词组]：in store --贮藏着，准备着
         set great store by ---重视
         set little store by --轻视
         set no store by ------不重视
五：memory---在本句中是“记忆”，它还有纪念之意，即：in memory of[纪念]
六：clear--本词意义超级多，但是我们记根义，即：（贯穿）无碍的，这下我们就能拓展出：“直视无碍”（如：清澈的，晴朗的）[The sky is clear万里无云]和“直驶无碍”（如：畅通的）[The road is clear at night这条路夜间畅通无阻]
   [词组]：clear away ---把..清除掉
         clear off ---离开
         clear out ---清除，赶出
         clear up ----澄清，（天）放晴，清理
   [搭配]：be clear about ---对..确信无疑，有信心
         clear of ---没有（障碍物），离开..
         to clear sb. of sth. --使清白无辜，证明..无罪

[队长提示]：不难。
   一：exert --exercise的同源异体词。
      [搭配归类]：exert/inflict...on 施加于
                  enforce/impose..on 强加于
   二：influence
      [搭配]effect/influence+on 对..产生影响
      [辨析]effect,influence
            effect---对..产生不良影响，比如：The economic crisis has affected German exports--经济危机影响了德国的出口贸易。
            influence---指间接地，以一种无形的力量去潜移默化地影响人的行为、性格或观点。比如：What we read influence our thinkng--我们读的书影响我们的思想。

3.In the eastern part of New Jersey Lies the city of Elizabeth,a major shipping and manufacturning center.
[队长提示]：这句也很容易。
   一：lie--躺，位于，在于，撒谎
      [搭配]：lie in ---在于[同]exist in
            take..lying down --甘受（挫折）
   二：maj --较多的，主要的，主修，[反]min --较少的，次要的，兼修
   三：manufacture ---要记住这个词，首先要记得factory.拓展出：facture（制作）和manufacture（制造），其次，我们拆下词根：manu(手)+fact(=make)+ure即：making by hand，很容易就能知道本词的含义：用手干某事---那就是制造/加工东西呗。
      [辨析]make,manufacture,produce
         make---指各种手工或机器制造，包括艺术方面的创造
         manufacture--指用机器进行大规模生产，强调生产的机械化过程
         produce --指具体物品的生产，也指精神财富的创造，可用于人，也可用于物，强调产品的数量及品种

      {队长相信这几天的句子都难不倒大家，但在翻译中认识的词的含义连不上来，这就是因为对于一个词汇，我们只知其一，不知其二，考研试卷中绝大部分是考察词汇的多层以及不常用的隐藏含义，往往是词典中靠后面的含义。所以大家查词典的时候一定要触类旁通呀~！}

请问,对什么产生影响不是用TO.这里 ...

-------本句的意思就是说XXX的影响是含括了整个艺术界，而不是艺术家。。。所以用OVER 表示范围广泛，意义深远，如果采用TO，感觉表达的含义相对OVER来说就不那么大了。
