These photos were stolen from me illegally and distributed without my consent.

主语是照片
谓语是were stolen 和(WERE distributed)
后面distributed 为什么少了个WERE啊  /
AND 不是连接并列2个分句吗  难道可以省略WERE  共用前面的那个WERE?
如果句子改成These photos were stolen from me illegally and were distributed without my consent.
也对吗?

对、这是个省略句。比如：Seeing the picture, i feel happy.
seeing前就省略了主语I
