I think etiquette is important in our daily life, it tells us how to communicate with others in a proper way, It also means respecting others and being respected.

  Every country has its etiquette in various aspects from dining to diplomacy, including our country. Maybe some etiquette disappears nowadays, but some others still play an important role in our daily life, for example, the dining etiquette, which is essential in some formal banquets. I will introduce some of it. Firstly, the most important thing is how to seat the guests, the seats which is opposite the door and on the right hand are considered to reserve for the important guests. Secondly, the using of chopsticks needs to be paid attention. We\'d better not to play with chopsticks, and it\'s considered to have no manner to choose things that you prefer in the dishes. Then we should accompany our guests until they leave.
  
There is much other dining etiquette in our country, I think it\'s essential for us to learn about them.

First, I have to say,  this is a difficult topic, because it\'s not easy to  explain etiquette in English. However, I\'ll try. Of course, etiquette is important in our daily life. It\'s a way we show respect to others when we keep in good manners. I have read a book about western practices for food etiquette. It\'s much more complex than our Chinese table manners. Now, I\'ll just show a few examples. You should turn off or mute your cellphone when you\'re in a high-ranking western restaurant. When you have soup, do not make sound, and use the spoon. Do not talk to others when your mouth is full. These are some basic manners, and the more complex ones are difficult to describe in English.  In a word, it\'s not easy to finish a meal when you eat in a western restaurant.
