三个并列的成分：乱扔垃圾，随地吐痰、乱画，所以用该是and;并且前面的引导词是some actions

这句谚语是我从你的上一次翻译的里面复制粘贴的 你可以查一下 汉译英的那个 这回要错也是你错了 哈哈

仔细思考了一下，应该是加单数形式的，意思是一个整体

主题是毕业生，那么你这篇的目的应该也是graduates
然后就是orientation，方向，这个词可以这么用吗？或许可以想个更合适的词
