2.In face of legislate on travelling environmental protection,some action like throw garbage anywhere, spiting wherever they want or scrawl communal facilities should be penalty,however,people assume different position.

我觉得这句话不错，冲刺神马的还是适当的紧张下，做什么事情别太过了，自己尽力了就好。

to retard it与前面的awaken重复了

双主语的话，谓语应该不是单数形式吧

其实冲刺期的另一个代名词就是：平和的力量！

我对语法 词性不是很了解啊 能告诉我 那个it is necessary to awaken people who are deeply addicted in networks by using the power of  the meida ,authorities,and journouls to retard it.
能告诉我这三个是哪里错了吗？让我猜下，第一个are是为了组成一个从句，从句应该是一个句子，但是，有没有可以省略的情况？ 第二个addicted 为什么要加ed 为什么要用ed 表示一种完成时或者被动么？第三个the  我就不明白了 为什么要加上啊？the 不是指特定的东西吗，可有可无的啊，这里为什么必须要加啊？awaken是唤醒的意思，to retard是减缓，通过某种方式唤醒特定的人们去减缓这种现象，也没有重复啊！

这个我也不懂 the 和legislation 为什么要加 要换？我刚开始写的那样翻译成“当面对旅游环境方面立法的时候”立法可以是动词的哇。关于actions

可数：戏剧或书中)的情节, (某一地区、领域或团体中)最能产生效果、最有趣、最有刺激性的活动 n词，在特定意义下，是可数名词，表示一系列行为、动作、情节等。
我表示看了百度的解释我懂了，但像这种词的话有很多么？该怎么一下子全部记住啊?
throwing garbages  加ing我了解了 是动名词才能做主语  但是垃圾，我查了百度是不可数名词的哇。关于那个or 我一开始写的是and 但是我觉得罚款是不好的意思 带有一种否定的气息 我就改了。 penalty我查了 是动词，并且主动可以表示被动啊，为什么要换？
positions.作为立场和观点也是可以数的是吗 和action那个理解是一样的吗？
抱歉我写了那么多，太不好意思了，其实我的梦想是当翻译，只是我语文数学和文综很差，没资格去考外国语学院，只能选择艺术，但是对英语很感兴趣呢。悲哀的中国教育制度啊！扼杀了我的梦想！

addict是动词，和are 搭配时要变成过去分词充当表语

我觉得强调一下比较好······加the

此外，In   the face of 是固定搭配，看看我给出的句型模板，立法是动词的话你更加错了，因为必须那里是名词。介宾，那么必须把立法变成ing形式或者直接用它的名词

你从哪里查到它是动词？？？这个词从外形看起来就是名词吧
